It began with my friend’s daughter and son in law that I helped purchase a home in the Austin area,  A few years later, they decided to upsize due to their new addition. I helped sell their home, and quickly helped them purchase a home.  A few years later, my friend and his lovely wife decided they needed to be closer to their family, especially their grandbaby.

4 Transactions.  I am truly blessed to have such good friends that trust me to guide them thru the home buying (and selling) process.

I had the pleasure of showing some homes to some really old/great friends.  On the second day of showing, I noticed this home right next door to a home I was showing… I immediately called the Builder’s representative to send someone to open the home for a quick showing.  The sales rep showed up within 10 minutes!  We viewed it and couldn’t resist the builder’s incentives!  The rest is history!  Closing tentative for July 26, 2024!
